Adams County Commissioner Brian Baldridge has been elected to serve as the next state representative of the 90th House District. Baldridge was in the Scioto County Courthouse Tuesday night shaking hands with supporters, saying he just received the call from his opponent, local attorney Adrienne Buckler, who conceded the election.
