Portsmouth-Two inmates at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville have been indicted for an incident involving a corrections officer Feb. 20. The inmates, Greg Reinke, 38, and Casey Pigge, 30, are facing additional prison sentences for "attempt to purposely and with prior calculation and design, cause the death of Matthew Mathias." They were indicted Oct. 18 by the Scioto County Grand Jury on six separate counts for the assault on Mathias.
